Missing preorder ultimate edition hero pack

Platform: PC EA acc :KinG-oF-Grave1 Ultimate version   its ben two weak and no one help

    Hey @KinG-oF-Grave1,

    Looking at your image there you've pre-orderd the game on the 18th of September, but the Hero Player was an early preorder bonus for players who preordered before the 21st of August. As such, you're not eligible for the hero player item.
