missing reards for ea play pro
I subscribed to EA play Pro and it was my first subscription. But I didn't receive 1600 fc points and Hero packs in my fc25 ut. Anyone can help me with that. Thanks a lot.

Do you usually play on Steam? If so, could you try installing and running the game via the EA app? The EA Play Pro edition is its own little thing, and it might just not be catching it properly. Let me know if that helps.
