My account has been wrongly banned. Please assist in lifting the restriction.

My account was wrongly banned and needs to be unbanned. I didn’t do anything against the rules, nor did I receive any email from EA explaining the violation—it was banned for no reason at all. I contacted live support, but they wouldn’t help me and just told me to submit an appeal. I did appeal, and the only response I got from support was an email saying they’d assist me, but there’s been no progress since. I’m really anxious and hope someone can help me.

    Hey aresho2025,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. If you've already reached out to our terms of service team, then you'll have to wait for them to get back to you. They should respond with an email when they've finished looking into your case. You can always check the status of your case here, but be careful not to resume it as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for you to get a response.

  • Only the terms of service team can unban you. It sounds like you contacted them. It can take 10 days or longer for them to respond depending on how busy they are.

    I haven't done anything against the rules, yet you banned my account and made me wait so long for it to be restored. I'm furious—EA's service is truly terrible.
