My account is banned for no reason.

Hello everyone.
My name is Mohamed Maher.
To get to the point.
My account was hacked and after contacting support and recovering my account, I found out my FC 25 account is banned. I don't know why.
I tried to contact support again to remove the ban so many times for 4 days but didn't get an answer.
What should I do?
Please help....

    Unfortunately, EA support is the only place you can get help about account issues. On EA forums, nobody can help with it other than redirecting you to EA Help. You may want check the official EA guides on what to do if your account got hacked and banned.

    Really?

    So, is it that easy to get hacked and banned and lose everything?

    EA support team is useless.

    Investigation they said?

    You couldn't even try to guess that the guy who hacked the account who is the one to blame to analyze the time between hacking and recovery to check who has done that?

    Some scammers working with hackers to sell people information.

    I think this should get to higher level to sue this stupid company.
