My account was hacked and everything was sold,missing coin and players

Can you help me, what should I do, my account was hacked last weekend, it seems that there was a link to get new clothes, I received an email, I think it was a bogus email and I entered it stupidly, it seemed to be a legitimate site, it was exactly like what I thought I would do it I wonder if it will be good for some mission, the next day I checked, I was robbed of about 450,000k coins and all salable players were sold, multi-factor was turned on login, but I think I entered the page so they were able to follow it, or I don't know, the point is that I sent a case the same morning and asked for help, but there was no answer, nothing, not a case number, only that they thanked me for contacting them and that I would contact them soon they follow me, so a week has passed since then and nothing has happened.. what should be done? or I don't know, I found out that my account was hacked and within it the help request, but nothing happens, I've done it about 5 times but there's no response, it's quite annoying!
