my controller is not working.

technically it is working in kickoff, in menus, but it doesn’t work in division rivals. i can’t even make a pass or switch my players. i have unplugged my keyboard and my mouse from my pc but still nothing. it shows that i should pass with my keyboard. what should i do? methods i tried: reinstall, different usb port/cable
