My EA account was banned after being hacked

Question

My EA account was banned after being hacked, I got it back and its secured now. BUT my ban dispute is getting declined. I tried appealing twice now once about a month ago and once yesterday, they both were declined. It was a ban on FIFA. I have never played FIFA25, and will never play FIFA25. My account was hacked back in late sept, 2024. I got the account back during maybe early October. If I send screenshots of the emails I got from that time, showing proof that I didn't have the account. Could that possibly show proof that my account was falsely banned?
