My players always slower then the opponents

Hi everyone I hope you all have a wonderful day

I've been playing EA games on console since 2012 tell 2019 then I started playing it on PC since then I noticed that most of the times when i play Rivals or FUT champs my players are slow in term of everything passing , running , shooting & defending ,especially defending jockey is so slow spirit jokey too slow  the game sometimes is fast but most of the times its so slow for me but never for my opponents back in FIFA 23 i pack TOTS Mbappe 97 which he has a 99 pace & 99 agility although he is the fastest attacker in the game some games i can run through defense with ease but sometimes it feels so slow that  i can't even run past a CB at all 

My ping is 10-18 at worst it goes to 45 

MY pc specs are more than enough for this game 

any ideas on what is happening here ???!
