My problem with FC 25

I purchased the physical disc of EA Sports FC 25 for PlayStation 4.

Inside the box, there was a code for a free PlayStation 5 upgrade.

I redeemed the code successfully, but after downloading the PS5 version from the PlayStation Store, it only installs the "Showcase" trial version and not the full game.

I have already confirmed that the disc is inserted correctly and my EA account is linked properly to my PlayStation account.

Kindly help me activate or download the full version of FC 25 for PlayStation 5 as I am eligible for the free upgrade.
