My Ultimate Team missing.

Hello. I just got a PC and bought the Ultimate Edition on Steam with the same EA account that I have on my Xbox One. However, when I log in, I have to restart the game, and none of my players are in the club. I really want to get my players back. Is there any way to recover them? It feels weird that you have to restart your game from scratch just because you bought a new copy of the game and switched devices. Can anyone help? (Hopefully, I can still keep the 4600 FC points on the account.)
