NEED HELP WITH CHANGING MY EMAIL ADDRESS

I can not log into EA with my email address. I left my company i was working at and when i go to log in it is asking me for verification and sending a code to my old email address which i can no longer access. 

Is there a way to get ahold of EA over the phone so they can update my email address. I am locked out of my account because of the 2 factor thing when i go to log in. 

Please help.
