Nintendo switch - 9001-0069

I got same issue comes up error 9001-0069

I recieved my EA FC 25 Closed beta code today but when I go to redeem it in the nintendo store it doesn't work and comes up with an error message. Any help? 

I'm having the same issue tried the code on the device and online too but just says there was an error.

It starts at 5pm apparently 

Try to adjust the region a couple times. Mainly between Europe and the americas. This solved the same issue for me. 

However, after downloading the game and loading in, there is no option to play anything. 

Aren't you supposed to go to the eShop and redeem the code? I've redeemed the code but I cant even play the game all the game modes are just not there. like every single one

Same just says FC news.
