No internet connection

I kept waited to just use some coins on promo packs but it just says I  should go to ea sports/ unable to connect but it keeps telling no  information.And  I’m  now in ea forum . Can somebody answer my question? Please let me know my issue if you know.And I’ve been trying to get fine connection for almost 2hours.
