no option to transfer fc points

hi , i have an fc 24 and 25 account on the same email same ea account i am on pc, i have 5900 fifa points on fc 24 and i trog into fc 25 and i haven’t been given an option to transfer my fifa points i’ve never transferred my fifa points ever but why won’t this work, i’ve tried for hours trying to fix this trying to contact a live agent and i’m having no luck what so ever
