No option to transfer points

I never got any option to transfer coins from EAFC24 to 25. This was when i logged in on my ps4. I had loaded up 18500 Fifa points twice for EAFC24 so i could easily transfer.

I paid intense and nervous attention to the screen, so I wouldn't miss click when it showed up, it never did.

Trying to get help is proving completely impossible. It's giving me technical issues logging in, and I can't for the life of me find a single email address for EA.

When I try the help page it never gives me a chat option. It just recommends the same article with no helpful information.

What do I do? The entire point of buying FIFA points was to transfer, something I was promised was possible

Is there anyways I can transfer points after I declined the first initial transfer option by accident

Launched the game, Pressed yes on the Transfer points from EA FC 24 to EA FC 25 and it didn't transfer anything,
i've around 4800 fifa points (200 leftover from EA FC 23, 4600 from EA FC 24 pre-order/ea-play) on EA FC 24 and my current balance on EA FC 25 is 1700
Is there some sort of huge delay or what is happening here?

So I brought fc24 points before, I went into Fc25, and I got a message to say about them transferring points, but only received 125 points, instead of 12k. I also have tried everything to contact Ea, but feel like they’re ignoring me

my ea points didnt transfer over iam on pc the messaged hasnt popped up ? can this be fixed tryed going back on to old game then coming back on to new game still nothing thanks sean
