No Reason but ı got Banned
Hello Everyone
I've been banned since 3.12.24. I sent to many mail to EA Team but not answer. Ban reason is empty.
I m legal player everytime. I didnt do anything against to EA Rules.
ı want to just play game. this ban is big mistake. Pls EA service team lift this ban.
My Case number is 196605175.

I see that you've already reached out to EA, but I’d like to point out that the EA TOS (Terms of Service) team and EA Support team are two separate departments:
1.) Quick Response: The Support team can only check the status of your ban, for instance, if you haven't received the email notification. You can reach them here:

2.) Longer Wait: If you're looking for details regarding the reason for your ban or wish to appeal, you’ll need to contact the TOS team:

I also noticed that you submitted an email to have your account unbanned, but you haven’t received a response in the past 5 days. Please be aware that the TOS team usually has a response time of 10+ days. 🤨
