No sound when i connect to EA servers.

Hi, my entire computer loses sound when I connect to EA servers. This only happens with my Bluetooth headphones, but I can still hear it through my speakers. Another issue is that if I uninstall the game and reinstall it, I can still hear it through my headphones, but the second time I launch it, I can't. Can someone help me with this?
