No subs

Played this game earlier this morning before work and left very frustrating of why the subs are not coming on the field when I requested to do so I decided to make a double sub after 55 mins but the game is that f***ed up it went from 55 mins to full time without the players leaving the field and the others coming on even though it says so in my squad has anybody else had the same problem SORT THIS GAME OUT EA BEFORE YOU LOSE ME FOREVER
