Pack weight for my account has been absolutely shocking for a few months barely getting any specials from high rated packs only getting golds

There is no such thing as pack weight for each individual account. Packs are all random and everyone has the same chances.
Where can I see the drop chance of a desirable promo card vs an undesirable promo card?
I understand not easy to pack Best cards but my self i get 5times same players player RM-Plea 95 and striker 95rating let be serios this promo packs are horrible to be onest no versatility.
They post the probabilities they are the same for everyone. One account doesn’t get better packweight than another.
