Packed a gold neymar from 85+ combo upgrade pack not winter card
Hi there , So if I packed a gold neymar in this pack when he's in promo does that mean that I should of packed the winter version? Can someone please clarify this for me Thanks

I think you are correct. Gold Neymar would not be in packs when he has special card, but he was in team 2 and I believe that only team 3 is currently in packs. If all three teams of WW are in packs, then you should have received him.
That's exactly what I was thinking. The same thing happened with hallend yesterday. I opened the winter pack and packed the gold version???
When i spoken to ea they said on chat how I've packed the correct player. But this is false. I should of had winter card neymar and winter card hallend.
They also said I can speak to a manager about this but I dunno how to do so on here ?
