Packed a gold neymar from 85+ combo upgrade pack not winter card

Hi there ,  So if I packed a gold neymar in this pack when he's in promo does that mean that I should of packed the winter version?  Can someone please clarify this for me Thanks

EA don't care , they've got your money now . You're just another number to them . I complete an evo and after about 2 weeks they took some stats off . Probably thought i wouldn't notice but I saved photo of the card before and after to prove it . They haven't been bothered to fix the issue about 2 months ago , because they have the money and don't care . If they did it would be resolved.  

So we need to understand we are just random numbers to them

I understand brother , they were so rude and unhelpful on the EA chat they didn't even know what to do. They try to say because that pack saids 1x88+ or 85+ combo it means there's no guarantees that i will pack those players and how it was correctly packed.

How can it be correctly packed if there in your promo ???? When a player is in promo the gold version of that player shouldn't be in packs it should be whatever they promoting regardless of what pack i open. If I'm getting a gold hallend and a gold neymar and there BOTH In Promos then I'm sorry EA but this is your fault. Very sad that even with reaching out to EA chat they couldn't help this issue.  I've even submitted a case for this and still no response. I've also saved the whole conversation because of how badly handled this  was. They also said that I should contact a manager on the forums but I don't see any manager on here ? They couldn't even connect me to one. Honestly the worst customer service ever

      Oh so now Wa are giving free guaranteed winter card  hallend for the people that are opening the winter wildcard / hero pack ?

      So basically for all the people that grinded out to complete the objective early gets nothing but for the people that waited and opened there pack now gets a guaranteed hallend. Well done EA Masterpiece of a company
