Bro this so much. My Milinković-Savić is receiving the ball to his feet with his back turned to joe * cole and somehow joe cole with 51 defending and 69 strength and 64 aggresion manages to tackle my savic from behind and out muscle him. It's like the only way you can play is to first time pass because any weak * attacker will just completely body your strong midfielders.
@Scumbagdary Yesterday someone using Neymar sprinted full speed in, missed a wild tackle, recovered instantly turned around and kept button bashing tackle as I'm trying to move forwards with my player and eventually he wrapped his leg around the front of Stamm and took the ball.
- @Tauntmatt There does appear to be no real punishment to anyone spamming tackle, even with the wrong players for a tackle they do recover instantly and keep hounding until the ball is won. The pressure system is broken. AGAIN. EA never learn.
This game is groundhog day each year. By the end of the cycle all the OP stuff is usually (mostly) fixed. They then release new one with all the same problems the other one had at the start... trivela anyone?
There has to be more punishment for miss timing a tackle.
I may have thought this game was in better shape than it is. Right now on Next Gen it's pretty appalling and not playing like football at all.- @blue166 New patch nerfed defense and buffed offense again. Tackle animations got nerfed so should help.
@blue166Yeah I'm on next gen and it's pathetic. I don't want ping pong passing, I just punishments for sloppy defenders.
This game is anti-fun & anti-casual.
Look at Rush, I go on today and it's a circus. Whether it's people rubbing banding, dropping controllers at kick off or just into business for themselves.
What I mean by going into business for themselves is having "Get X Amount of Assists", I'm sitting here watching me opponents spam passes in the box until someone takes a shot so they can get an assist, nobody wanted to score, lol. There literally throwing games to complete some annoying objective. And it's EA's fault. They turn every mode into a cesspool.
It took me an hour just to get 2 assists because everyone is hellbent on completely these objectives.
Friendlies are a sweat fest, Rivals sweat fest, Champs you can expect it because it's a pool of players who qualify for it but there's ZERO reprieve other than some boring friendlies.It's become a by-product of solely listening muh pros who have an invested interest in keeping the status quo of this game going & neglecting the wider community.
- @Tauntmatt Really nothing ea can do for rush. About the only thing is make the objective count with a win but then it will be competitive. I knew the assists would make it worse. Nobody would pass before now nobody will score. I just don’t think it’s meant for solo players.
Watch them make something for defense as an objective. Right now nobody will defend do an objective like that then nobody will attack.
