Players not playing per their attributes

My gameplay is completely ridiculous why are my players moving so slow my fast players are not sprinting fast in game players with high strength can not use their strenth to shield the ball defenders are absolutely useless tackle and jockey neither work opposition is dribbling even if I have anticipated the opponents moves my players still can't tackle players movements are so slow jockey is impossible opposition players gameplay is fast my gameplay is slow if we both have similar player with similar attributes for example 95 pace they could have 95 pace my player has 98 pace but opponents player is sprinting a lot faster than mine  youd think my player has 80 as my player is not aprinting like its has 98 pace my defenders can not sprint once the opposition player is past my defender that's it my defenders are not catching them as my player purposely slows down when opponents are dribbling at my defenders I'm not stupid I know what's going to happen but my player is moving that slow defending is impossible attackers seem to have no intelligence and my player with pace are not using these attributes in game  I have had matches were my player qith the ball is running forward and my teammate runs directly infront of me that is just stupid  players movements are slow so it's impossible to win gameplay is faulty as their is no way to win when my players movements are slow If this continues I'm going to have to quit I put money into the game for a better experience but I am not getting that experience I just can't see myself keep playing this game if this continues makes no sense to keep playing opponents player is directly I front of mine but my player is unable to tackle them in some cases opposition is running through my player like my defender is a ghost I don't get how opposition can get the ball just by being close to my player but when my player is close to opponents for some reason my player can't do the same and tackle or even shoulder challenge and win the ball makes no sense if this continues I'm quitting
