Pre-order hero pack not recieved

Hello

I did the pre order of Fc25 at 19th And I did not receive my hero pack yet

    @Abdezio,

    Unfortunately the Hero player was an early preorder incentive that ended on August 21st 4pm UTC. If you ordered after this, you're not eligible to receive one.
