Premium pass evo issue

By the way, I opened 4 cases with EA support and get every time the same answer as you can see on the screenshot and they then closed every cases. So don’t waste your time trying to contact them and get an issue as they don’t care and don’t reply to anything at all. We bought this game, paid 500k for the premium pass to finally getting evos that doesn’t work. And as you all see in the end the evo is waisted and cannot be found anymore to use it on someone else. So disappointing….
