Preorder rewards inaccessible even tho i resubscribed to ea play pro

 So i bought ea play pro to play a few ea games about a week ago but i cancelled it due to me only wanting it for a month, now after seeing that ea play pro subs give you preorder rewards for fc 25 i am interested in keeping the sub so i resubscribed yet i havent recieved any rewards, just 3 packs in my shop that say that they have been refunded when i try to open them
