Problem with credits

Question

I encountered a problem in the EA FC 25 game: every time during the season progress I redeemed an objective achieved with Credits inside, THE CREDITS NEVER gave them to me, if it's possible I would ask you to give them to me because they are practically 200,000 credits which didn't reach me 😂
