Problem with server the weekend 8th of June

Hey I played the weekend last week, and I got the same problem as I see a lot of people had recently. I won 8 games, and should have won 9. i sendt a video to EA help, it takes time, but they say they will fix it. I was up 7-2 at that time and suddenly the game quit. So I wait for my compensation, would love some respond EA.

Hey sondrerkise2004 for issues with connection we are not able to go in and change the outcome of a game or provide anything beyond suggesting that you take a look at your connection by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/problems-playing-online/

On another discuss group one of yours said the affected people got their compensation (5 days ago) for the same reason. EA have given out compensation before and I didn’t got mine as others did so I would appreciate that.
