Re: Cant access the game !

Yesterday I tried downloading The EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Closed Beta by following the instructions provided in the email. I logged into my PS5, selected the PlayStation®Store icon on the system home screen, selected "redeem codes" and entered the code provided. Once I did, I was taken to a screen with 2 choices, and I clicked the first one, it said something like "EA sports beta game", but that took me right back to the main screen. I tried entering the code again but then it said I had already used the code, so I was unable to download the game. I'm not sure what to do now since it won't accept the code I had. Can someone help?
