Re: EA FC 25 Closed Beta Issue - Wrong Platform

I received the code for PS5, I put code into the redeem code option on PS5 and it downloaded the ps4 version, I don’t know why, it said ps5 version at first and I am sure that it never gave an option to choose a different platform but still it downloaded ps4 version. Makes no sense, is there anyway I can be given the proper code for PS5 version?
