Also I think in career mode with job offers you should be able to have pre contract ls like the transfers, E.g your mid way through a season an you accept a job offer, you should then be given the option to take over there an then or be able to take over after your current season has finished! 

And during European or international games you should have different commentary teams doing them! Yes we have 2 sets but ive found no matter which one you choose you only get the other set during international friendlies but during tournament like world cup or euros you get the normal ones. And also champions league, you can play a league game then 3 days later in the champions league it's the same commentary! I think it just adds an extra edge am emotion to the match!
