Hi done the preorder this morning on my Xbox series s will I still get early access because it tells me it’s purchased but it’s not downloaded yet
i used the link on fc24 were I received 10% discount and paid £89.99 but can’t work out how to access anything

I preordered the game and have ea play but when i try to play the trial it says i have already used it. Loads of people having the same issue

I have purchased Ea play. This is suppsed to allow me to play ea fc25 for a trial period of 10hrs. I have just installed the game. However it says my time has expired. This is unfair and false advertising. Can you please see to this as soon as possible
