I suspect number 2 is your issue.

1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

Minimum
OS - Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update).
Processor(AMD) - AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Processor(Intel) - Intel Core i5 6600k
Memory - 8GB
Graphics Card(AMD) - RX 570
Graphics Card(Nvidia) - GTX 1050 Ti
Direct X - 12
Online Connection Requirements - 512kbps

I've already tried what you said but it still doesn't work, believe me I've tried every way.many people have the same problem.

sometimes it stays like this in the windowed screen, not even full screen, and I can't even switch it to full screen.

How is this issue not fixed. Been getting the green screen of death when selecting the save file since Saturday. We pay full price and more and we cant even play the game. Yet the support staff tell us they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Great stuff, keep it up!
