The apps says I yet didn’t earn access to use the market but the requirements they say I need I’ve completed them already for like 4 days already

The requirements in the article are just an example. I can only recommend that you keep playing UT, you'll unlock access eventually. I don't believe it's covered in the article, but I'd also recommend completing the foundations SBC's.
