If you create an Ultimate Team Club on PC, the progress will not transfer over to PSN. You will have two different clubs with separate progress as cross-progression is only available on the same platform. You can find further information here: Cross-play in EA SPORTS FC™

For example, you can carry over all of your progress from PlayStation® 4 to PlayStation® 5 or Xbox One to Xbox Series X|S, but not from PlayStation® to Xbox.
