Re: No update on case after 7 days/live chat not working

Why you guys making it so hard to get reached by your community, and not help people ? I ve been trying to find a live chat the past 2 days, and I get one and the chat gets closed by agent  after telling me I m gonna get 6 digit in my mail.  wait timer is 2 sec for ending the chat and I got none sort of mail, you pushed the wrong button or what?
