Useless reply, fix the thing. I always get kicked out of squad battle and im not the only one but it seems you lot don’t really care about it.

Oh what a surprise the usual lazy answer from EA that disconnects are down to the individuals internet connection. You are complelety missing the point that everyone is making, in that they ONLY disconnect from Squad Battles and NEVER from Rivals, Rush or any other online game mode. Listen to the community who are paying good money for this game and its features and recognise that the problem must exist your end, take some ownership of the problem and fix it! The fact that you don't get the opportunity to replay the games you are disconnected from prevents you from reaching levels in Squad Battles and ultimately losing rewards unjustly. This ruins the whole part of this feature of the game, but I expect as this is not EA's main focus. you couldn't really give a flying....
What a terrible response for an issue that everyone is having, so clearly it isn't our faults and it is the EAFC servers. Just got kicked from a SB game with perfectly fine internet, bandwidth was not an issue.
Absolutely pathetic, I wont let my kids play this game because it seems it is a game engine to wind people up. Instead of addressing the clear mistake themselves, they make millions of people angry and give us 0-3 losses. I won't use this game as a hobby anymore or even play it i can feel my hair falling out at the thought that all these people are telling you squad battles disconnects for no reason and gives you a loss. This happens every year on the game. You are wind up merchants. Do your job and code the game correctly. There's never a connection problem with online games, just an offline game. Sort your * out jesus christ. Same game engine for over 10 years, just pure laziness.. work on it from your own end
I also have this issue the past few weeks in particular, this week I have had 2 disconnects, game crashes on the PS5 and all I can do is report the error to PlayStation.
Don't believe for a second I will hear anything back, this is again not an internet issue, 1tb broadband, also plugged in via Ethernet so don't try and fob us off, I have lost out on potentially elite 2 this week due to 2 games doing this which is shambolic when you consider this affects rewards which is afterall what keeps people even playing this game, fix up because this fan base is dying out fast

Easy to point the issue to the users. I think you should look further in to this. The help articles from EA are totally useless. The server status is also not always working. They always show online, even when they are offline. So fix your triple A game for once. Not to mention all people who spent extra money on buying packs. Support is really disappointing.

Agreed connections issues happen and sometimes we can’t do anything about that, I played a match till almost the end about the 85th minute winning 4-1 and got disconnected because the WiFi acted up maybe from a large amount of people who were doing lots at once, my mom was on call and my brother was on the pc along with other users at the house, I refreshed ultimate team and loaded up in a game fine until I got kicked out randomly again .. They should either warn you about your connection or give you the game / at least some points back because we get a lesser rank for the only 12 squad battle game please EA help the community out and make the game more enjoyable thank you !
