Recover my account

Hello EA Support,

I would like to sincerely apologize for the recent issue that led to my account being banned.

My EA ID is: mehdimoro10.

A friend of mine played around 6 matches on my account and unfortunately used a hack, which I was not aware of at the time. I understand this is a violation of the rules, and I fully take responsibility for allowing someone else to access my account.

I’ve been playing FC for a whole year with full respect for the rules and fair play. In the last few days especially, I have never used any cheat or tool myself. I genuinely enjoy the game and would never knowingly break the rules.

Please consider giving me a second chance. I promise this will never happen again and I will make sure no one else accesses my account in the future.
