REFUND EA FC 25 THEY AINT LETTING BE BUT I FIT EVERY REFUND POINT

 I would like to request a refund for the game; I pre-ordered and installed; but due to several reasons i want a refund. right now i have sent a request to refund and i bought the game yesterday but launched it today 10 pm so then i have 24 hours to  refund i have tryed to refund but they tell me i eligble but the rules say diffrent anyone that can help me becuse soon it will surpass 24 hour mark and i wont be able to refund. i have refunded but havent got an answer and dont have the game ea fc 25 i that normal? when trying to refund or have they just removed it for me cuz i asked for refund???
