I pre-ordered FC25 on the official EA platform and after the payment was done I realized that the Ultimate Edition was expensive and I wanted a refund and then re-purchase the regular edition. Ridiculously when I made the payment EA still labeled it Fun Game Guarantee, but when I need to fill out the application form EA told me that the Ultimate Edition I pre-ordered is not eligible for a refund, so what do I need to do to get my pathetic refunded fee?

I had the same bs situation I pre ordered and wanted to cancel it after 11 days but a random by pretending to be Indian was japping and trying to convince me I can’t get my refund. Vallahi this company is needs help

I am disappointed to share that my experience with the recent FC25 game has been quite negative. After finding FC24 lacking, I purchased FC25 in hopes of improvements, but unfortunately, I have found it to be even worse.
I am currently trying to obtain a refund, but the process has been frustrating, as it seems nearly impossible to receive one. It is disheartening to pay a significant amount for a product that does not meet expectations.
If you are considering purchasing this game, I would advise you to reconsider. My experience has been far from satisfactory.

@juandaeo_10 because the entire workforce went into rush mode, and also making sure to fix every possible of mixing women and men players in offline mode, but in online it's fine
