Reply to Ban Appeal
Dear EA community,
My account is banned at 20 December, I opened a case for that because I have no action that can be reason for banning my account. So today already 18 days passed and got no reply yet. I tried to open a case again and it is closed automatically as a duplicate case. I have contacted customer service many times and no solution at all. I have spent enough money to get an reasonable answer and to learn why I am banned. So today I will inform my bank and ask cashback all Points and the game I have spent this is such a horrible service, just if you ban someone by mistake and to solve it takes almost 20 days maybe even more...

I'm sorry to hear about the situation with your account. I really wish I could help you here on the forums, but these cases are completely handled by our Terms of Service team, as they are the only ones who can make changes and provide additional information on sanctions.
Please note that the Terms of Service Team will need some time to investigate each case. I'm afraid we cannot speed this up since the requests are handled as they come in.
If there is a high number of similar requests at the time, there can be a backlog, which means that it may take longer than expected for the team to get back to you, but they will, once the investigation is completed. Thanks for your patience and keep an eye out on your email for updates.
