Reported issue being unresolved for over 2 weeks

I have bought the 90+icon pack in Traditional Chinese version on 8 Dec but I still did not receive the compensation pack. It’s already 2 weeks after others received the pack and I have reported this ...

Lol 😂 EA isn’t going to do anything about it. They could care less. They just want you to spend more money.
