Hey @LBxThunderbolt, If you are not able to open any new cases, please check your account https://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/ and see if you already have an open case or a case that has been transferred for further review. You may need to wait for the team to review your refund request once again.  

Depending on the payment method used, some refunds can take longer to process.
