Rubber Banding In Current And Past Fifa's/FC's

Why is it that whenever I dominate an opponent and can read what they're doing resulting in easy goals then my players get button delay, "hide" behind the opponents defenders, I get zero bounces, all my tackles (don't go to me as they should) they all go to the opponent and many more?

This is not a competitive game and we are forced into playing a fake competitive game where the results are not in our control.
