Season pass reward claimed but pack not appearing in store

I claimed my level 29 reward (86x3 pack) but it kept bouncing me back to the season pass saying it was still available to claim, I claimed level 30 no problem but still couldn’t claim 29. I restarted the game and it said that I’d claimed the reward but the pack wasn’t in store.
