Skill based matchmaking

Hello EA can you please explain the purpose of myself only starting a fifa ultimate team now and trying to progress in the game when skill based matchmaking does not exist and I have too low rated players to match the icons and heroes everyone has. Can you please implement this into your game because it just makes the game severely unfun for those just trying to learn new mechanics of the game while trying to level up their club. I feel I cannot do so and every single time I try my players are not able to keep up and I cannot do so either with no resources for players. And I cannot buy fifa points either for packs.
