Slow Gamplay since TitleUpdate #7?

Hi there

Since Title Update #7, the gameplay feels noticeably slower. For example, Sawa as a CAM used to feel fast and agile, but now everything seems laggy and sluggish.
Am I the only one experiencing this, or is it a common issue?
