Something odd going on in Rivals.

I've just played 5 games in a row, against opponents with Bronze/Silver/ Low gold teams.

Their team name is just a line of random mixed up letters. They don't do anything in the game, other than stopping it from timing out. They have no friends/ followers/ following, and no other games.

Is this some sort of bug or glitch, where they have a new account in order to gain packs? Has this happened to anyone else?
