Spending money on opening packs just to pack black cards with "Not Found" image

I have this issue since Toty(that was ther first cards with not found image).

Since then every promo i cant see the card(its not found image).On the transfer market  on quality filter search dont even have option to pick toty as an option or any other promo card that came after toty.

Im on pc,tried deleting the game and reinstalling,still the same problem.

Please help
