please fix this disconnection problem this I seriously poor from your end it is not my connection there is an issue with your game which needs to be fixed, as for the countless amount of points we have all had taken from us, there is surely a way we can be compensated for them. And please can a real person reply to this as I have seen other replies on other issues and they have completely ignored the issue which I hope is the AI help bot and not an ea employee.
